WARRANTY
All watches are sold in working condition. Working condition does not mean a watch has recently received a full service; documented service history is stated in the individual listing.
Unless otherwise stated, watches include a 12-month movement warranty. Normal wear, accidental damage, and improper use are excluded.
Vintage watches carry no water-resistance or waterproof warranty. Keep them away from water, steam, and moisture. Original depth ratings, markings, or servicing do not guarantee water resistance. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
DELIVERY
Complimentary worldwide shipping is handled through fully insured couriers. Adult signature, identity verification, or pickup at an approved carrier location may be required for high-value orders.
For eligible items, email Watches@LabadieandCora.com within three calendar days after actual receipt to request a return. The day after receipt is day one; carrier-held packages count from actual collection.
Items must remain unworn and unaltered, with all original accessories and packaging. Obtain written authorization before shipping; then hand the item to the carrier within three calendar days after authorization and instructions.
Approved change-of-mind returns receive store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method, except where required by law. Credit does not expire. No flat restocking fee applies. Buyers pay insured return shipping; other deductions are limited to actual, non-recoverable costs disclosed and agreed before purchase, where lawful. Exclusions and statutory rights apply.
