Complimentary worldwide shipping is handled through fully insured couriers. Adult signature, identity verification, or pickup at an approved carrier location may be required for high-value orders.

For eligible items, email Watches@LabadieandCora.com within three calendar days after actual receipt to request a return. The day after receipt is day one; carrier-held packages count from actual collection.

Items must remain unworn and unaltered, with all original accessories and packaging. Obtain written authorization before shipping; then hand the item to the carrier within three calendar days after authorization and instructions.

Approved change-of-mind returns receive store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method, except where required by law. Credit does not expire. No flat restocking fee applies. Buyers pay insured return shipping; other deductions are limited to actual, non-recoverable costs disclosed and agreed before purchase, where lawful. Exclusions and statutory rights apply.
